  1. Minimum preparation time: 8 weeks

  1. Planning and coordination labor costs (including meetings)
  2. JAPAN Fes Booth Exhibit Fee
  3. Tent (3m x 3m x 2.1m) 
  4. Banner creation support, printing and installation 
  5. Product receipt and storage (1 week) 1-5 cardboard boxes
  6. Loading and unloading of merchandise at the event venue
  7. Exhibition Support
  8. Equipment Arrangements
  9. Part-time staff arrangements (1 person per booth)
  10. Create and post an original promotional banner on the JAPAN Fes website

  1. Please provide ready-made/manufactured products.
  2. If the product has an expiration date, it must have a shelf life of at least six months at the time of receipt.
  3. Please be sure to provide the following information approximately 4 weeks in advance.

    3. Promotional content (photos, etc.)
    4. Promotional content (participant information & images)
  4. Please send the product to the location specified by our company in advance.
  5. General costs associated with preparing the product, taxes, shipping, etc. are actual costs.
